people think, with direct flights from several major
American cities, train service to nearby Glenwood
Springs, and a simple interstate drive through gorgeous
mountain scenery from regional airports in Denver,
Vail or Grand Junction.

Getting Around
Once you're Aspen, you'll have little need for a
car. Hotels, shops and restaurants are within comfortable
walking distance, and taxis and hotel courtesy vans
provide service to and from the airport and around
town. The Roaring
Fork Transit Authority (RFTA) buses provide
extensive, free service in and around Aspen, plus
fare-based routes to Snowmass and other valley locations.
